SHIPPING AND RETURNS

There is 6% sales tax if your delivery address is located in Florida.
  • Shipping

    Most of the orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. PVC tiles and backsplashes shipped directly from the factory via DHL.

    Handling times:
    - Styrofoam ceiling tiles. 1-3 business days for plain white and 1-7 business days for painted tiles
    - PVC and backsplashes. 1-7 business days
    - Wall panels. 1-3 business days for white and 1-7 business days for painted panels
    - Crown moldings. 1-3 business days for white and 1-7 business days for painted ones

    Transit times varies. Depends on destination. Please refer to shipping carrier's delivery maps. Click here for FedEx ground map (it does not include handling time!).

  • Returns

    - Styrofoam plain white and factory colored ceiling tiles - 30 days since reception, 15% restocking fee.
    - Hand-painted tiles and crown moldings - NO RETURNS. Consider ordering samples before placing full order.
    - All PVC tiles come from factory in India - NO RETURNS. Consider ordering samples before placing full order.
    - PVC backsplash rolls come from factory in India or from our warehouse in Florida, depends on availability. 30 days since receptions. 25% restocking fee.
    - Clearance sale are Final Sale items and not eligible for return and refund.
    - Special orders and custom items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
    - All other products. 30 days since reception. 15% restocking fee.

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
    All returns must be authorized in advance, so please notify the Interior-CeilingsÐĒs Office about a return. You will receive instructions on where and how to return it. All unathorized returns will not be processed.
    Credits will only be issued to the credit card used for the initial order or to the PayPal account from which we received the payment.
    We'll send you return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
    If you need to return an item, simply call us, email or do it through account management on the website. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
    Should you encounter any damaged product, you must document that damage and do the following:
    Photograph (preferably digitally) any damage to the shipment boxes, outside and inside, including the shipping label and "Fragile stickers.
    Photograph (preferably digitally) all visible damage to the actual product.
    Notify Interior-Ceilings .com, within 48 hours since reception, by telephone at 954-357-0786 and by e-mail at info@interior-ceilings.com Include the digital photographs as attachments to your e-mail.
